Training Schedule Overview
Step 1 Foundational Training: Building Your Financial Expertise
Flexible Duration: 1 to 3 Weeks
In the initial 1 to 3 weeks of the training phase, tailored to either Lite or Elite versions, you will delve into the fundamentals of financial markets.

Through engaging lessons, you'll explore key figures and pivotal moments in our domain, establishing a solid foundation in financial subjects.
This phase adopts an academic approach, preparing you to pursue recognized financial certifications and equipping you with essential knowledge for your future trading endeavors.
Step 2 Understanding Trading Dynamics and Strategies
Flexible Duration: 1 to 3 Weeks
You'll delve into the intricacies of trading, exploring common practices and the various market participants.
Through an academic lens, as well as from retail and institutional perspectives, you'll examine real case studies and develop critical thinking skills.

This phase also covers probability concepts and provides insights into constructing a trading framework for potential success.
Step 3: Project Development and Practice
Flexible Duration: 1 to 3 Weeks
You'll embark on a group or personal project, leveraging the trading knowledge you've acquired.

With guidance from a funded trader, you'll propose an infrastructure tailored to your understanding.
​
Additionally, you'll begin practicing on a simulated account using the framework you've developed.
While the learning journey continues at each rank, completing this phase is sufficient to progress to our exam preparation phase
Step 4: Exam Preparation and Final Practice
Flexible Duration: 1 to 3 month
Final stage before attempting our exam to achieve Bronze status.
Both Lite and Elite versions of our program include retries, so there's no need to stress.
This phase can be extended until you feel confident.

Here is where traders are forged. You'll refine your final framework for the exam, honing your skills in trading fundamentals and finance.
​
The Fundamental Exam allows up to 4 attempts, testing your knowledge on these foundational principles.
​
Following that, the Practical Exams assess your performance on a single account, with strict metrics and risk measures.
Upon successful completion, you'll earn your Bronze Graduation and receive your first trading allocation from our firm.
